Yes, sure. But why DO you travel? Just want to look at the scenery? If you want to transport some goods or kill something in lowsec shuttles and frigs are *not* the best things to fly in. free speech not allowed here

It wasn't the -50% shield which were hurting, though, but the -25% cap. Which are still here. Main defence of SR were their speed, not their shields. Lesser shield penalities won't help them without speed. free speech not allowed here

And the missle launcher nerf is more than balanced by the missle collusion change. You can now have 6 launchers with torps on autorepeat without any problems - so, hands down a raven will do now more damage than before, even with the slower launch...

Not correct (I think) It seems that all non-basic items have now the stats of the basic item - which is AFAIK a bug/overlook - and the basic nanos do not have the cargo bonus. free speech not allowed here
